I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly spacious; one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen. I did have a small issue with housekeeping not replenishing some items promptly, but overall, a fantastic room experience.

The service is excellent overall, with just minor knowledge gaps at times. The location is stunning, perfect for snorkeling, but the constant Christmas song can be bothersome.
