I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly spacious; one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen. I did have a small issue with housekeeping not replenishing some items promptly, but overall, a fantastic room experience.

The service is excellent overall, with just minor knowledge gaps at times. The location is stunning, perfect for snorkeling, but the constant Christmas song can be bothersome. The dining options are top-notch with fresh, amazing food choices. A truly luxurious stay with minor inconveniences.
